Debbie Dethlefs, Administrator
Debbie began at OSLC as Assistant Bookkeeper in 1987. After holding several positions within the administration, she became Administrator at OSLC Community Programs. She joined CR2P in 2004 and became Administrator the following year. Her accounting and management background includes several nonprofit agencies, construction, manufacturing, and business ownership.

Becky Fetrow, Project Coordinator
Becky is the Project Coordinator for the Pathways Home project. Since leaving her position as elementary school teacher and joining OSLC in 1983, she has worked in a variety of capacities, including microsocial behavior code development, data analyses, and project management. Since 1990, she has served as Project Coordinator for Dr. Reid’s studies and center grants. She is involved in creating manuals for intervention implementation that can be utilized in community agencies. She oversees the program evaluation work at CR2P to develop protocol for evaluating community site adherence to evidence based models and practices, which includes MTFC program certification.

Kristen Greenley, Project Coordinator
Kristen is the Project Coordinator for the Transitions and KITS projects. She started working at the Oregon Social Learning Center in 1984 as a microsocial behavior coder, moving on to work on a multitude of projects with OSLC researchers in data management and analyses, research support services and grant administration until joining Phil Fisher’s research group as project coordinator on the original EIFC grant in 2000. Kristen also manages the "Dimensions of Early Stress and Child Welfare Involvement" project (funded by NICHD) and NIMH-funded work with the Early Experience, Stress Neurobiology and Prevention Science Network.

Kirsten Henry-Lea, Administrative Officer
Kirsten started working at OSLC in 1992 as an Assessor, moving on to work on a multitude of research projects with OSLC in scheduling supervision, school and court data collection, assessment coordination, and grant administration.. Kirsten is an Administrative Officer at OSLC, providing administrative support for the projects that Drs. Chamberlain, Fisher, Leve, and Reid lead.

Courtenay Padgett, MS, Project Coordinator
Courtenay has worked for OSLC since 1991 on a variety of studies under the direction of Drs. Chamberlain, Leve, and Eddy. In addition to the CAL-CDT project, she is currently the Coordinator for three other NIMH funded studies: Preventing Health-Risking Behavior in Delinquent Girls, Preventing Behavior and Health Problems in Foster Teens, and Preventing Problems for Girls in Foster Care. Prior to working for OSLC and CR2P, Courtenay work for several therapeutic wilderness programs with delinquent and troubled teens.
