Kimberly Bronz, Clinical Coordinator
Kim Bronz is the clinical director of both the Early Intervention Foster Care Program (EIFC) and the Kids in Transition to School (KITS) intervention study. She is the Implementation Coordinator and lead consultant for the Multidimensional Treatment Foster Care Program for Preschoolers (MTFC-P) and a clinical consultant for the Multidimensional Treatment Foster Care Program for Adolescence (MTFC-A).

Kristen Greenley, Project Coordinator
Kristen is the Project Coordinator for the Transitions and KITS projects. She started working at the Oregon Social Learning Center in 1984 as a microsocial behavior coder, moving on to work on a multitude of projects with OSLC researchers in data management and analyses, research support services and grant administration until joining Phil Fishers research group as project coordinator on the original EIFC grant in 2000. Kristen also manages the "Dimensions of Early Stress and Child Welfare Involvement" project (funded by NICHD) and NIMH-funded work with the Early Experience, Stress Neurobiology and Prevention Science Network.

Courtenay Padgett, MS, Project Coordinator
Courtenay has worked for OSLC since 1991 on a variety of studies under the direction of Drs. Chamberlain, Leve, and Eddy. In addition to the CAL-CDT project, she is currently the Coordinator for three other NIMH funded studies: Preventing Health-Risking Behavior in Delinquent Girls, Preventing Behavior and Health Problems in Foster Teens, and Preventing Problems for Girls in Foster Care. Prior to working for OSLC and CR2P, Courtenay work for several therapeutic wilderness programs with delinquent and troubled teens.

Debra Dethlefs, Administrator
Debbie began at OSLC as Assistant Bookkeeper in 1987. After holding several positions within the administration, she became Administrator at OSLC Community Programs. She joined CR2P in 2004 and became Administrator the following year. Her accounting and management background includes several nonprofit agencies, construction, manufacturing, and business ownership.

Theresa Mayne, Program Evaluation Director and IRB Compliance Officer
Theresa Theresa began working at OSLC in 1991 as an Observer/Coder on John Reid's LIFT Project (Linking the Interests of Families and Teachers). She has held a variety of research positions at OSLC including Coding Supervisor, Assessment Coordinator, Center-Wide School Data Coordinator, and Project Coordinator. As the Program Evaluation Director, Theresa oversees and conducts periodic evaluations and certification applications of treatment foster care program implementations. The evaluation protocol is designed to measure adherence to the MTFC treatment model and give feedback to treatment sites seeking to become model adherent. The certification process is designed to assess a programs ability to implement the MTFC model as recommended and maintain adherence to the model over time. This is accomplished through a rating system that indicates whether minimum standards are met in multiple dimensions of program implementation. As the IRB Compliance Officer, Theresa serves as Administrator to our Institutional Review Board (IRB) and provides human subjects training to CR2P employees.

Gerard Bouwman, Administrative Advisor
Gerard Bouwman has a long history of collaborating with and supporting scientists and service providers in the mental health field. Since receiving his degree in International Business, Business Administration, and Sociology in 1972, Gerards career has been focused on facilitating the work of organizations dedicated to research and intervention with youth and families. He served as the Chief Administrator for Oregon Social Learning Center for 17 years. He facilitated the start-up of OSLC Community Programs and the Center for Research to Practice, and served as Administrator and Chief Operating Officer, respectively, for those organizations until recently. He has provided professional administrative consultation to other research organizations, and is co-founder and President of TFC Consultants in Eugene, the organization that provides implementation services, consultation and technical support to communities implementing the Multidimensional Treatment Foster Care model.

Kirsten Henry-Lea, Administrative Officer
Kirsten started working at OSLC in 1992 as an Assessor, moving on to work on a multitude of research projects with OSLC in scheduling supervision, school and court data collection, assessment coordination, and grant administration. Kirsten is an Administrative Officer at OSLC and CR2P, providing administrative support for the projects that Drs. Chamberlain, Fisher and Pears lead.

Loren Dethlefs, Network Administrator
Loren is responsible for researching, implementing & maintaining all of the voice and data communications for CR2P. He holds Microsoft certifications in the areas of System Administrator & Systems EngineerMCSA/MCSE + Security, and has also received training on the Linux & Unix platforms. He has worked at CR2P since 2005.
